Our approach

Water damage is stressful, and most people dealing with it have never dealt with it before. Our approach is to be straightforward: explain what we find, explain what needs to happen, and do the work properly so it doesn't have to be done twice. We do not make claims we can't back up, and we would rather tell you a material needs to be replaced than dry the surface and leave moisture inside a wall.

Our restoration process

Every project follows the same five stages, adjusted to the size of the loss:

• Inspection & Damage Assessment. We identify the water source, map how far moisture has travelled and document affected materials before work begins.
• Water Extraction. Standing water is removed with pumps and extraction equipment to stop it soaking further into floors and walls.
• Drying & Dehumidification. Air movers and dehumidifiers pull moisture out of the structure while readings are monitored until targets are met.
• Cleaning & Sanitizing. Affected surfaces and contents are cleaned and sanitized, with unsalvageable materials removed and disposed of.
• Restoration. Drywall, flooring, trim and finishes are repaired or replaced so the space is usable again.
