Service requests

Submitting a form or calling us is a request for contact, not a confirmed booking. Work is scheduled and scoped after we speak with you and, where needed, inspect the property. Pricing and scope are confirmed in writing before work begins unless you authorize emergency work verbally.

Emergencies and safety

If you are in immediate danger, or there is a risk of electrical shock, gas leak or structural collapse, contact emergency services first. Do not enter standing water near electrical sources.

Insurance

We can document the damage and the work performed to support a claim you make with your insurer. Coverage decisions are made by your insurance provider according to your policy, and we make no guarantee about the outcome of any claim.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Water Damage Mississauga is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Our liability for services is governed by the written agreement for that work.
